@amWhy I agree it's a strange question and I was quite close to closing it when it was a 1 close vote. But thought I'd give it some more time. I am not certain what to do. Maybe just letting it linger around until auto-del comes along is not the worst option.

@quid I agree. I have not any clue re: what to do, though I refused to read the MO question (seriously), and essentially a bit shocked by such a question on MSE meta. The OP from the meta mse question seems to be digging himself in deeper, at least given his last comment. In any case, I'm not wasting any more time on it! :)
@quid Thanks for weighing in on this.

You are welcome @amWhy

@MartinSleziak Excuse me again. A very kind user has edited my question to improve it: math.stackexchange.com/questions/2493481/….
@MartinSleziak But I saw a few hours ago that has already been voted negatively. So I will never ask a question if you need it. I have read that: The only way to end a posting block is to positively contribute to the site; automatic bans never expire or "time out". Begin by fixing your existing posts. I'm trying and I want to get out of limbo. Thanks a lot Sir.

@Sebastiano If you want feedback on your questions, Constructive feedback might be reasonable place to ask about that.
I appreciated that you are trying to get out of but I am not sure why exactly I was pinged.

@MartinSleziak I have not understood the first part :-(:-(Who should I ask what?

If your question is what to do in case of question ban, you should look at help center.
If your question is how to improve a specific question, one possibility is to ask for suggestions in the constructive feedback chat room.
If you are lucky, some of the users who frequent that room will have a look and make some suggestions.

Message for any moderator, I believe that today I was being upvoted, a serial upvotes. Thus if it is required I am going to accept a voting correction on my profile. Many thanks and I hope don't disturb.

@user243301 It looks like somebody wanted to get the voting badges (Suffrage and Vox Populi) and picked your posts for most of the votes. It'll probably be reverted by the script. But you're going to keep the Mortarboard badge.

@MartinSleziak But if any users voted positive my question I can out of ban?
@DanielFischer hi sir

@DanielFischer I'm ban :-( for my bad questions-. I would go out of this limbo

@Sebastiano Let me take a look.

@DanielFischer ok I wait. thanks a lot lot
I have this message: You have reached your question limit
Sorry, we are no longer accepting questions from this account. See the Help Center to learn more.
@DanielFischer I hope that also you can help me. I will wait your answer. Bye and good work

@Sebastiano It's kind of strange, according to your user history you've never been shown a quality warning before posting a question, and you've never been rate-limited. Typically, when a user hits the question ban, both have occurred before. But looking at your questions, two problems are obvious, you have too many deleted questions, and too many downvoted/closed questions.
I don't know how much it would help, but undeleting this and this question would help a bit.
