@MartinSleziak The system detects identical answers by the same user, it doesn't detect when user B copies an answer from user A and posts it. (Unfortunately, but checking the entire site for every post would probably cause way too much load.)

@DanielFischer then you need a way of searching for answers copied due to plagiarism more efficiently.
you could assume that tags must be related in some way
and then limit the bigger search to similar tags
or maybe create a way of grabbing all posts alphabetically and storing them in a tree
for that matter, a single sorting algorithm might help as you can have it flag duplicates as you go through the sorting
and then afterwards just iterate through and see if duplicates arise
if you're already searching user by user, just have your bot locally download all the posts of a certain block
