This question was posted in 2021 deleted by a moderator which prevents the community to cast votes for undeleting and/or reopening. I request that it is undeleted. Presumably it was closed because it was a question from the American Mathematical monthly (AMM) in 2021. I think the posting is now old enough to be reconsidered for undeleting as the answers (including mine) given in MSE are relevant and different from the one listed in AMM.

Hi.
I had the two questions I have posted downvoted within seconds today. While it could have been a coincidence, I do not think it was. They each have three downvotes; in all three occurrences, the downvotes occurred within seconds of each other. The first downvotes occurred on 2020-02-24; the downvotes happened at 13:12:36Z and 13:12:34Z. The second downvotes happened on 2021-28-11, at 12:56:15Z and 12:56:18Z. And the third downvotes happened on 2023-03-31, at 05:00:23Z and 05:00:30Z. That's too much of a "coincidence" to not be serial downvoting, but probably a little too far separated …

@ArturoMagidin Two downvotes is below the threshold that any system in the SE network will reverse. The automatic systems won't detect is, and the community moderators (SE staff) won't manually reverse it. If you see a larger pattern of downvoting, please raise a flag (this is not something which should be in chat, as it is more likely to to be missed).
