What should we do about users who request others to upvote their questions/answers for reputation?

@MartinSleziak Thank you for pinging me, by the way. I don't know if this is visible to the non-mod world, but I've currently listed myself as "non-active" as I am pathologically busy for the moment. So right now I'm entirely responsive and not at all pro-active.

@davidlowryduda I am not really sure where I should look to check whether your "non-active" status is visible to me.

On your profile page I see the text you wrote about yourself: "I'm a ... "

The "non-active" status is visible there for mods? Or somewhere else?

@MartinSleziak it's a mod only page, vaguely like the tools pages.

@davidlowryduda that's certainly mod only. That said, users can see "last seen" thus if somebody is totally inactive, i.e., does not even visit the site, it is knowable.

tools sounds like a men only page ...

@RoddyMacPhee it's for 10k+ users, IIRC.
