Does the above chat have anything to do with Amwhys ban?

@user616128 that's though to answer, not only but also as it's not exactly clear what you refer to. But, as a general principle, there are no long suspension given just for getting into minor quibbles with me.

My reputation against my first post here is showing a good 2k higher than it is here. Not worth a meta post, but thought I should say.
(the "here" was meant to be a link to: chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/88281/how-to-ask-suggestions )

Incidentally (while I'm here, and as amWhy's ban has been brought up) I was uncomfortable with the deletion of the question about this room being frozen (see (here)[math.meta.stackexchange.com/questions/29706/…). There was nothing wrong with the question (the comments could have been deleted if necessary).
It feels a bit like you, the mods, were trying to covertly clear up a mess. Its a bit...shady, and opaque. It would be nicer for situations like this to be dealt with tactfully, rather than just covering them up.
@user1729 Do you simply mean that the reputation shown in chat is higher than the reputation on Mathematics?
IIRC the reputation shown in chat is simply the sum of your reputation on all Stack Exchange sites (where you have an account).
@MartinSleziak Yes, I meant that. Thanks!

@user1729 certainly. That's impossible though when uninvolved third or fourth parties (depending on how one counts) seize the opportunity to misbehave.
@user1729 Did you see that two threads were deleted?
@MikeMiller given the last comment on the linked one it seems likely.

Ok, I missed that.

@user1729 That question was deleted at the same time that the room was unfrozen so that the question became rather superfluous. In addition, there's no mystery as to why the room was frozen in the first place - that's quite common when discussions become heated.
