How to go about addressing a specific user (hence rather hesitant to post on Meta) who has become a prolific close-voter and occasional deleter of poor questions, who, inconsistently, regularly answers similar poor quality, close/delete-worthy questions no better than those he closes, and sometimes even worse. I find such contradictory actions problematic. I've raised this issue once already, in addressing the specific user, who's activity is largely self-contradictory, but he never responded
...nor has he changed that very same pattern? @DanielFischer ? @quid ?
I'm not talking about an occasional slip up, when one may get excited by the topic addressed in a PSQ, and can't resist an occasional answer. I'm talking about someone whose almost 100K rep has been "earned" primarily through two or three sentence answers to PSQ's, and to worse, who is also chasing gold badges in each of the review queues, and regularly closes poor-questions-PSQ's-that-he-has-not-(yet)-answered.
This is where I think community awareness of such inconsistency may be the only means to dissuade this user from self-contradictory behavior. Such behavior makes it exceedingly difficult to users who need instruction as to what a good question is like. They see one user closing, but also answering poor questions, which render confusion: on the one hand: the very same question may have been closed by this user, and two weeks later, this user answers the very same duplicated question.

Well, I guess, given no suggestions, I'll start planning to use the tag "specific user" and link to questions they've voted to close, as well as questions they've answered, to demonstrate the contradictory behavior of this user. Thanks @DanielFischer !

...in a meta post addressing the issue.
