If finding the right word for a technical concept does not fit this site, would it be a better fit for UX SE or English Language SE? Would you have any other ideas? An explanation with the closure would be welcome; thanks! I think this is a genuine software engineering problem, because the speed at which some UI reacts is directly impacted by our implementation, as developers. I do all of dev, QA and UX at the same time therefore I was enquiring about the right word to express a technical concept in a bug report. — DavGin 10 secs ago

This question does not appear to be about a specific programming problem, a software algorithm, or software tools primarily used by programmers. OK. sudo is not a tool primarily used by programmers though Stack Overflow has #sudo tag. I don't agree. — ynn 1 min ago

Ask your expert stake holders (accountants, scientists, etc.) how to handle such numbers. They make such decisions, not programmers. — Basil Bourque 48 secs ago

That being said, anything you can do with a unix command or in shell you can do from an Oracle PL/SQL program by creating an external procedure. The extproc calls a compiled C library file which in turn can either make the unix call directly or invoke a shell script in which you can do anything you want. But you have to set up the listener properly in order to not create a security hole that enables programmers to run code as the oracle owner. — Paul W 28 secs ago

If you want examples, you should checkout Software Recommendations. StackOverflow is about questions on correcting issues as posted in the posted language. If there are two languages posted, then answers are fair game in both languages. However, I still don't see any Python code in your post. Since you tagged as Python, where are your issues in the Python code you posted? — Thomas Matthews 51 secs ago
