Recommendations for libraries are considered off-topic for SO, there is a site - Software Recommendations specifically for this purpose. That being said I would implement observer/listener pattern to decouple the logic of listening for changes away from the DTOs. — Chaosfire 35 secs ago
@Chaosfire thanks, i changed my question to not ask for software recommendations. Observer/Listener pattern sounds good. If someone can provide an example for something like this, it sounds like a boilerplate-free approach. — funkrusher 35 secs ago

Thanks, @mozway! I am always a bit skeptical about performance gains of microseconds, since, as programmers, we can get easily distracted from more important issues. Moreover, through time, the performance outlook may change because of improvements in the algorithms underlying Python and Pandas. And from year to year, the machines increase a lot their performance. — PaulS 7 secs ago

@Jabberwocky: Do not do that. Telling people not to care promotes ignorance and is for amateurs at best. Professional programmers ought to learn these things and ought to learn when there are advantages to be gained from doing these sorts of optimizations and how. — Eric Postpischil 34 secs ago

There are a lot of reporting libraries. You can use the built-in PrintDocument too. If you want software recommendations use softwarerecs.stackexchange.com — Panagiotis Kanavos 30 secs ago
