You will never achieve 100% filtering, unless you pull the cord.

This question provides a nice solution for Ubuntu, and other than a physical firewall to handle that, you most likely won't get anything better than that either.

Just make sure during the installation that you select the mint partition to install within or it will default to creating yet another partition - you'll then have a triple boot - ubuntu/mint/other OS

But in your case, as I said, it's just the <script> tag around the JS that's missing. Should suffice.

2 questions: Question 1 My job blocks ssh which means that I cannot ssh to my home server. However, they do allow https out. Is there a package out there for ubuntu that will allow me to connect to the command line via https? I already have apache installed and can install additional software...
