ok i selected unity after pressing alt + f2 and it did something, and then restored my current windows. but the cursor still behaving as it was, the theme only takes affect when hovering over things or dragging things. However, I still get the sharp triangle default pointer when not interacting with anything.
still same problem, in fact the only time the theme takes effect is when clicking and dragging things in the chrome browser, when i have no windows open and moving cursor around, it retains default cursor icon.
I get problems with changing my cursor theme as well, I don't know what to tell you at this point. It's one of those things that used to work flawlessly, but is now broken for some weird reason.
in fact the only two places the cursor works properly is within firefox and the terminal window, and in chrome it works half the time, everywhere else it doesnt work at all
