An unusual request: I am working on Cinepak encoding for an AU question, working to produce a media file encoded on a modern FFmpeg that would play on Win 3.11 / Win 95 / Win 98.
I cannot get a VM of any of these working but I have created a test file that I am hoping somebody can test for me:
On an actual installation would be perfect if not perhaps somebody has worked out the VM situation that has defeated me :(
