@AnwarShah mmm in 10.10, i had no other effects to enable on my PC (I got almost every effects I can get) but I got some issues with new versions. I got intel P4 3.6 Ghz HT 1mb cache LGA cpu, 512+512mb ram, nVidia geforce 6200 256mb vga, but effects AFFECTS on my sys now :-)

I want to change my ubuntu 11.10 administrator account password but when i am about to do so, i get an error that "passwd:Manipulation Token Authentication Error" and then in the next statement get"passwd:password unchanged"...So can anyone help me out by finding a solution to this problem?
I forgot my Ubuntu password so I booted into recovery and dropped into a root shell prompt and this is what happened:
root@username-PC:~# passwd username
Enter new UNIX password:
Retype new UNIX password:
