hi. Is there an automated whay to tell a user to improve his answer by detailing the process and not post a link. Or do I have to typeall this myself ?

I recently wanted to configure postfix to use mailgun. Upon doing so, however, I started getting lots of errors and postfix wouldn't start
I tried sudo apt remove --purge postfix, then sudo apt-get install postfix, but that didn't fix it.

This overlay just started appearing, and I can't seem to get rid of it.
When I add tags to the question and type xenial, it suggests me to add 16.04 but when I type bionic, no suggestion is given.
