Q: Upgrading Software Center in ZorinOS 5

I currently run ZorinOS 5 Ultimate. How do I upgrade to the newest Ubuntu Software center. Or at least, refresh the full package list so I can stop instLLING OLDER PACKAGES?

Q: What happened to flag weight

Just now I observed that my profile is no longer showing "flag weight" instead it is showing "helpful flags". Where did flag weight go? Is it being replaced with helpful flags count?

Called "Together" or "Unity", something like that

Does anybody know if there is any documentation anywhere on what was changed from pulseaudio 0.9.22 to 1.0.x?

It still looks the same but it behaves differently.

xubuntu is nice, if you prefer a plain two panel setup. it also uses almost 2 watts less than unity on my thinkpad. ;-)

by the way, does this Xorg bug work for anyone? Lock the screen, hit Ctrl+Alt+KP_MULTIPLY to unlock it without a password

@jrg ah, I was wrong about the version. this bug is in X 1.11, and Ubuntu 11.10 ships X 1.10.

Doesn't matter, you can just jump between virtual terminals to escape the password, unless they fixed that too
