@Videonauth I have virtualbox , but i don't know how to set up dualscreen on it. It only allows me to enable one screen. Do i need the restricted extras for it ?
the problem is they see those numbers and then decide after calculating that hiring a whole team to convert the games to linux/OpenGl is not worth the effort
But since unity3d and so on slwoly all give you the option for developing cross plattform it might get better
many of the small developer studios already going this route and provide linux running games
but it still will take a while till the big nes adapt
I still dont get the need for fireworks to be honest, each years silvester we fire up tons of money and on the other side people on this world are still starving to death
i refrain already since 30 years from spending money on fireworks at all because of that
yep, if they would send all the mney to people who might have something from it, building schools and infrastructure there would be far better and this warm fuzzy feeling of having helped will stay longer
@Videonauth there you go. Just not spending the money isn't a good thing. Because instead of helping and not having fireworks, you just don't have fireworks.
I never got the "don't buy this because there's bad stuff in the world" since it doesn't actually suggest you redirect the funds. It just deprives you of what you wanted to do.
It doesn't give me dual screen in Virtual Box, and it doesn't show stuff in my shared folder. It mounts the folder, but when i ls stuff , it's just not there
even though i sort of installed guest additions, it still complains
then install the vbox extpack through the virtualbox add ons tap in the settings
i had my fair share to get kali running in virtualbox this is why im running this one
and it did serve me well
after that you not need to search for the iso to mount the additions, you simply choose it from the devices dialog at the bottom there you mount the version included in the extpack
this is why i added the repo in my sources :) so i not have to worry, and as soon you got the extpack installed as well you will even get for this a message as soon you fire up virtualbox
mhmm but i have the same problem on xubuntu i dont get a dualscreen on it
just installed the virtualbox drivers in the software&updates , additional drivers tab
git cloned my repo, tested the script, it twerks . . . so now all i have to do is post it on AU . . . question is . . .do I clean it up and post it like that or do i clean it up tomorrow ?
