subsequently the negative attitude he has, including comments that arent meant to be negative against me but are, results in my stress and enragement levels to rise fairly quickly

which results in bad things (including me raging at random users spontaneously)

i've been hesitant to flag as spam or offensive... and also hesitant to flag for mod attention on the chat...

just because i have this habit of reading every flag and rejecting 90% of complaint flags on sites where I have admin/mod
