@BennySkogberg when do you flag something? I typically flag spam and that sort of thing, but I rarely see any of it.

@JohnGB Spam, of course,,and rude language. But they are rare. When something is blatantly off topic I flag for imediate closer/migration. Or comments getting out of control. But these cases are rare.
