Oh haha he was talking about my issue of undeleting the mod deleted answer or making it fair and deleting the duplicate answer. 24 hours later and we've come full circle :)
“hereditary caps lock negligence” doesn’t sound so wrong I’d say
there are keyboard layouts which use the caps lock buttons differently, the neo layout for example uses it to switch between layers and only pressing both of the caps lock buttons together enables caps lock (i.e. locking the second layer, but just for characters).
The Neo layout is an optimized German keyboard layout developed in 2004 by the Neo Users Group, supporting nearly all Latin-based alphabets, including the International Phonetic Alphabet, the Vietnamese language and some African languages.
The positions of the letters are not only optimized for German letter frequency, but also for typical groups of two or three letters. English is considered a major target as well. The design tries to enforce the alternating usage of both hands to increase typing speed. It is based on ideas from de-ergo and other ergonomic layouts. The high frequency keys are...
my colleagues always go nuts when they try to use my computer :D “nobody will ever crack your passwords with that!” one said…
also, as there are much more special characters available directly on the keyboard, I can have (even) harder to crack and thus shorter passwords – think of ✔, λ, ‣ or ↔.

@Fabby You're not really answering the OP's question though. The comment seems reasonable. What would $SOURCE and $TARGET be here? The OP wants to see what's different on their current system when compared to a fresh install of 18.04. What would you rsync against?
The comment is explaining that the OP can't install both operating systems and therefore cannot use rsync to compare between them.
It gives (what it claims are) instructions for downloading Photoshop for Windows, then links to a site that claims to provide a download of Photoshop for Windows. The only purpose of the post is to direct clicks to that site.
Finally got 16.04 to upgrade directly to 19.04. nvidia isn't working yet and it seems 19.04 only works with 5.0 kernel but more experimenting is needed. Even without nvidia the gnome desktop is snappy in version 19.04. Strangely my desktop icons didn't disappear like happened to other users though.
I'm having problems running a game I have made in GameMaker Studio 2 on a Banana Pi M1 board using Armbian.
I've done:
Installed Armbian Ubuntu debian 18.04.02 on a Banana Pi M1 board.
