@Zignd btw, Finished reading your question and I have a couple of things to ask. Did it boot from the USB Stick the first time but not the 2nd time or any other time after that?
Might be but I need to ask a couple of things so I can have a rough guess of what it could be. Is the computer an UEFI one? I mean did it come with Windows 8 on an UEFI activated system?
a ok no problem. I find it weird because normally, with UEFI active in most (all for me) it is impossible to get to the Bios that easy. But maybe the toshiba is similar to Intel in that regard that it gives the option to the user to be able to change it anytime.
Anyway, when you get the time, try first to check the Bios and see the UEFI (Or any UEFI, Secure Boot related option) and change it to see how it behaves
