Devlog Day one: I didn’t do any. Spend most of the day piling wood and working out.

Good morning.
@OKprogrammer It sounds like you had a productive day. When I was young I often liked to cut wood in the mountains, it was a good time to meditate on my ideas. Even if you did not write code, I guess this work will help you take time to organize your ideas and increase your motivation to work on your project.
Also it is good for your body. I find that most of the best programmers I meet often exercise regularly. I think there is some connection to feeling healthy and making good projects.
So don't be discouraged if you did not have time to do official dev work. Also I guess you are probably in high school or college, so maybe your time is very limited.

Your time is not limited when you're in high school or college.

That is true, if you don’t procrastinate a lot. But I do, and I’m trying to get out of that habit.
That's the thing: you just realize later that you had a lot of time and you did not "put it to the best use". But that's all right, you have lots of fun during that period :)

@BenjaminDangerJohnson I am in high school. But thankfully, I'm an "old soul", as most people who meet me say.

@Vaillancourt Yeah in hindsight while it didn't always feel like it, high school was a really great time to make and release a game

Well, I’m glad I’m using my time to do that then.

I now can drive! Although I could've done that a long while ago, if I didn't procrastinate as I said above.
cool :)
