It is session-based. Do a test to be sure, but that's my understanding of it.

For example, if a green block is still moving -- level is not done.

I can see how much you worked on this and how much you want to release it, but well, I think that it still has some rough edges that might negatively affect the amount of people who are going to buy it.

I think that some levels, the ones that need exact timing, can be very hard because well, it is a physics puzzle, people might not expect the solution to be doing stuff at exact second in the order you planned.
