Good news, everyone!
The game now remembers what tiles were revealed. :D

Links!

totland.modula.no/static/client.svg
take the boat, explore a little, and then reload
and you'll see that it remembers your map. :D

"Oops! Google Chrome could not find totland.modula.no"
Williham Totland
oh, crap
wito.modula.no/static/client.svg
helps having the correct subdomain. :D

I don't think it's working. I refresh the page and the blue and green hexagons go back to their original positions.
Williham Totland
how are you moving them?
If you use the mouse movement, that doesn't actually register with the server
use the numpad to move them
Gagege
When I use the keys the whole playing field moves. Am I supposed to be seeing boats? All I see is a hexagonal grid.
Williham Totland
the arrow keys pan the map
the number keys 1-3, 7-9 move the seelcted unit
the deep blue and deep green hexes are units
Gagege
I've tried using the mouse and keys.
Ok. Yes it remembers where they were. :)

Ugh. Eclipse is hard to install.
CiscoIPPhone
Why are you finding it hard?
Gagege
It was a number of bits issue.
I'm not used to having to consider differences between 32 and 64 bit.
