do you find that to be simple to use
stronghold crusader 2 looks great

blendtrees
honestly dude
I just split animations in frame intervals which is basically [frame index for anim start, frame index for anim end]
and pass them over to whatever manages the animation
I'd never use blocks to do it because meh

this is the coolest man
when you set it up this way, you can watch your finite state machine running
if you say so :\
do u guys use lambda expression with c++ often? *I know it exists but I rarely see it being used.

anyways, figured it out.. it is awesome
You set the animation to the state defined in your diagram
And then the trigger, which can be anything, from a directional vector, to a speed, to a height, etc..
When the trigger is met, the animation will fire
following your state machine -- its beautiful
@BlueBug I've used those in C# sometimes
Didn't know C# can also lambda.
Does Google tailor search results based on what you've searched for in the past?
Lambda looks really cool and stylish. I suppose it is because if you can lambda, you are likely a good decent programmer?
heh
imo, you don't really want to overuse them, but when they are useful, they are really useful
22:31
@JohnMcDonald google tailors a lot based on your past
and a lot of other things too, it's called your filter bubble
So it would know that I search for C# everything, and never search for C++, so when I ask for Lambda, it thinks "He must mean 'C# Lambda Expressions'"?
wait a second.... you're telling me that I just stop prepending all my C# searches with "C#"?!
it also uses your web history, since nearly every site has google analytics or ads on it, along with the contents of your emails, etc...
Yup. But at least I get better ads in exchange (Unlike some other guys)
And better search results, :D
gives himself over to Google
:) I think it's convenient, when I'm thinking of buying computer parts I don't even have to make shopping carts lol
22:37
heh, ok...
23:11
@JohnMcDonald I usually get ads for things I just bought on another site =/
heh, for 50% OFF!
IEEE
Engineer Hugh Herr lost both of his legs to frostbite 30 years ago. So he decided to build his own biotic legs that can perfectly mimic motions of natural limbs.

His bionic legs have 2 microprocessors, 12 sensors and can currently last 3,000 steps per charge: http://bit.ly/LhBdE7

neat
his lecture video. He wears the legs but covers it with clothe at the beginning then surprise audience saying that he actually doesn't have legs as he approaches the end of the lecture.
