@James Monica fund-raised to pay legal fees to sue SO, inc after she was demodded and after she felt there was not sufficient response by SE in terms of an apology or reversal of their decision. She has accused SE of libel due to public statements that SE made about her (including in a media interview), but who knows under what grounds her counsel will advise her to proceed
From what she has said publicly she is more interested in an apology than some sort of financial damages but, again, that could change now that she's retained legal counsel
