above, it should read "...looking at RG for inspiration..."

2 hours later…
9:38 AM
Hey guys. How have you been? I was a bit caught up. Moving places, starting new work etc.

10:04 AM
Hi and welcome back.
Site is up and running. We have varying amounts of good and bad questions and a few spammers. The usual.

2 hours later…
12:08 PM
Good to know. I see the regular discussion on how to get rid of bad (or too elementary) questions.

Yes, this is nothing new.
@WYSIWYG And you finally settled after finishing your PhD?

12:31 PM
@Chris Yeah. I'm doing postdoc now. Don't know what "settled" really means but I am much less frustrated compared to what I was towards the end of PhD.

Moved on, found a new job, probably moved to another city...

@Chris Yes. All of them :)

And yes, being a Postdoc is often more relaxed.

New field, back to wet-lab.
@Chris And more money

except when it come to revising manuscripts
@WYSIWYG oh yeah, important part :-)
The guy I am working with loves the phrase "XY and colleagues have....".
I must have read this in any possible iteration in this manuscript now. And I am going to change 99% of them.

12:37 PM
I would mostly be working alone. So, I only have to deal with the boss but he writes well.

Time for a username change Dr. @WYSIWYG? :-)

And he loves looooooong sentences.

@s.patroller I think there are several Drs here already who haven't used that prefix yet. But as far as I know I haven't met another person in this site who was on the verge of graduating.
Most were already postdocs. So I can say that I graduated while being active on this site. It actually helped a bit in learning about new areas.
@Chris Your collaborator?
or boss?

@WYSIWYG Nope, one of the doctors in the clinic with which I write a review.
He wanted to start writing based on the literature I looked up and now I am going through to make the next draft.

Ahh okay. Are you still working on melanoma (I guess I am not mistaken)?
Or something to do with MITF.

1:33 PM
@WYSIWYG Melanoma. MITF is my past. Although they are connected and it was not a big transformation for me.
