Q: Why does the victim vomit so much blood in this video ? (graphic video)

MahinthiI watched this video (graphic content), Man dropped huge rock on victim's head, then victim vomit so much blood. Why bleeding didn't occur instead of vomiting here?

I don't think we should promote this kind of video...
Well, he does give multiple warnings...
...but yes, I do agree that it shouldn't be promoted as such.

@Chris That sounds horrible and should carry an age restriction - this site is supposedly an educational resource, not a gore site. Can't it be removed for violence/offensive reasons?
That's what I am thinking about. I also don't understand the upvotes.

It definitely is overly graphic, no doubt.
Offensively graphic.

Please remove it ASAP.

As for the upvotes. I was just posting my own meta question on why a bad question and a vague answer are receiving several upvotes. The last time I was active on the site it would have been axed! Has there been a big push for keep things open and vote more things up?
It was upvoted by a troll who wants controversy.
Perhaps a sock of the OP

@James It just happens as a fluke sometimes, and sometimes a bad question gets some vote momentum when the more quality-control oriented folks aren't around. If anything, we have been leaning too far towards closing everything. Sometimes people getting their posts closed link to an older, highly upvoted post, asking "why me when this was okay?" and we have to just shrug and say standards change.

"Would daily swallowing DNA of other animals change our DNA? (as you said we would back hair and like eating termites). Is that why these products are non-GMO?" response: "Hi and thanks for your comment. I am not a medical doctor and nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice–see your doctor.
However, what you describe has plenty of support in the literature. Of course, this is precisely the mechanism by which zombies, vampires, and werewolves are formed. Personally, I take no chances: I consume nothing but human DNA. Since I began this diet five years ago, I’ve never felt bette
