Can one cultivate a cell line at 150 RPM in a shaker incubator?
I've just come across this in my Certificate of Analysis document
Section "cultivation conditions"
Would not cells be too disturbed when rotated at such a speed?

cv-pls One more close vote needed for this one - homework, too broad, would much rather argue about definition of homework than research his own question, etc.
@CowperKettle sure. Bacteria are grown under those conditions all the time, and so are protein-producing mammalian cell lines like CHO, 293-S, etc. In these cases the shear stress can actually aid in protein production. It also prevents the cells from falling to the bottom of the flask, clumping, and being starved of nutrients.
