Hello @MattDMo! I saw your comment on my question... Thanks for your advice...
i have done considerable amount of research in the field. I have, for example, looked for nanoparticle models but haven't found anything
I am also not sure what to do to model the cell. Should I consider it a point mass and model its dynamics in a non-Newtonian fluid, with the correct parameters of blood?

Also, most PBPK models give a result of concentration of the drug or nanoparticle or cell. How will that be useful to calculate the probability?

@TanMath Unfortunately, you're going beyond the limit of my expertise :) Like I said in my comment, I've only had incidental experience with modeling, as I'm a wet lab guy. I generated the data the modelers used to calculate various parameters, such as expected effective dose of an antibody based on pK and quantification of receptor density on the cell type(s) of interest. I haven't actually had any experience in running the models myself.

@TanMath @MattDMo In contrast, I'm a PBPK modeler specializing in antibodies with minimal wet lab experience. To our knowledge (my lab mates) we don't know of any PBPK models that track individual cells or cell concentrations. The biggest challenge for you will not be modeling nanoparticles, but modeling the cell PK. You will need to account for every physiologic process that could affect the cell's distribution, growth and elimination.
By the way, a previous lab member/post-doc does have a complete PBPK model for nanoparticles. I'll see what I can find out about it.

Q: Probability of number of boys and girls being born on a single day

QwertyI am new to genetics, I have the following question at hand : If four babies are born on a single day, what are the chances that $A>$ Number of boys and girls will be equal. $B>$ All $4$ will be girls. $C>$ At least one baby will be a girl. $D>$ Which combination of boys...

Close votes anyone??
