A computer game is, by far, one of the most difficult product to create. Your audience, when they are vocal, are pubescent teens. They will insult you to the ends of the earth. They really have no idea what they want, and if you give them exactly what they want, they will not be responsible for the consequences of it. They will also constantly try to cheat when you interact with other players, so the amount of security needed is absurd.
