+1 for including the employee's POV. I was this kid when I worked fast food and felt all of this. This answer can be handy for
any interaction with retail/fast food/customer service positions. Go in happy and understanding and you'll most likely have a good experience. This happened to me after being on hold for an hour (after a month of trying to fix the problem myself). I was pretty upset, but once the rep picked up I tried to keep my frustration out of the conversation and the rep actually thanked me for being so understanding. These jobs suck and being kind goes a long way. —
