@oscar You could strike it up in a casual conversation. Ask her what her deal breakers are and tell her about yours. Surely there is more than that one deal breaker. Though it can always happen, that she doesn't realize that her behavior matches one of the deal breakers. So be truthful if she asks if her behavior is a deal breaker — XtremeBaumer just now
