When I change the title part of URL: https://meta.stackexchange.com/questions/357952/qa/357960#comment1195804_357960 meta.stackexchange.com/questions/357952/qa/… Clicking on this link leads me to an answer rather to the comment.

Maybe this might cause problems when the title of the question was changed - the links created before that might no longer work.

The well I understand it, it is pingable users = recent visitors who posted at least one message in the room.
