If you wish you can also mention it in the main chatroom. It has more users, so probably more eyes will see your message. (But you should probably read rules of that chatroom first.)
We need a hard rate limit on suggested edits, to limit the damage someone can do with blasting the review queue with minor edit suggestions.
Case in point: this user peppered the site with a whopping 133 tag-only edit suggestions in 2 hours and 15 minutes. That's one edit every minute on average...

Commenting on your comment. Polynomials of degree $n$ such that $x^nP(1/x)=P(x)$ are often called palindromes or palindromic. I don't know how official it is. The term is kinda self-explanatory. — Jyrki Lahtonen ♦5 mins ago
