lets say we have module M_F= M tensor F over R module ;R is pid F, is field of fraction then how to show that for all x belongs to M_F there exist a in R st ax belongs to M?

BTW you can also use \otimes_R if you want to get $M\otimes_R F$ or something similar.
I have upvoted your question - +1 for going through the effort to type the post and make it a bit more readable. (Although for somebody with quite a long experience with the site this should be something completely self-evident and more-or-less automatic.)
