I see that you have improved the suggestion for the text of the duplicate title thread. Here is link to the revision and link to the source.

If (or when) the thread is started, it might be useful to add a link either to Asaf's answer or to my question. meta.math.stackexchange.com/questions/23614/…

However, I would wait a bit (maybe a week or two) before that. Just in case the thread gets quickly closed or deleted. (I do not find that too likely. But at least one users mentioned when the creation of the thread was discussed that they will vote to close it as a duplicate.)
