I wonder last month's SO blog post / podcast on Godot accounts for some of the recent uptick?

Regarding the versioning - maybe having godot & godot-4 is good enough?

With that we'll get questions tagged with both tags, which is redundant, IMHO.

I feel like having both godot-3 and godot-4 sounds ideal, as new users that might not be aware of what version they are using might go look for it. But not sure what others think.

I wonder if we could assume that questions not about godot 4 are about godot 3?

As for questions tagged with both - that's also something that I expect will happen. It seems problematic either way. Tags suggest tidy categories, but the situation w/ Godot versioning doesn't break down neatly. It may be a case of balancing ease to users (how can we help direct them to the resources & vice versa) against manageable upkeep.
