You are right @Stephan; it was the first comment in that thread and it got 20 upvotes yesterday. But now either the user or some mod deleted it. Nevertheless, it captures the essence of SO's botched actions, of late.

@User1865345 I take the red "status-planned" tag (which I assume only Important People can add) to mean that it's acknowledged as a bug and will be fixed. Hopefully soon. It's important to understand that tags are different from just any link.
