Q: How did they get the shot of the Oahu base in "Snowden"?

Tyler DurdenIn "Snowden" there is a shot of the interior of the NSA base in Oahu: This seems kind of enormous for a staged scene, but it also seems unlikely that the NSA would allow film makers into their base. How did they get this shot?

Yes. It is obviously a sequel of Spectre. But it also has links to Casino Royals.
I am not going to spoil it any further but the movie is enjoyable and worth its 163 minutes runtime.
