Q: When does Barry Allen wake up?

I just watched the Arrow episode "Bold and the Brave" and at the beginning where we see a recap, we see Barry Allen phone Oliver Queen saying he's just woken up. What episode does that actual phone call take place?

@AJ depends on how you flagged, all flags go to mods , except NAA which go to review queue I guess. But for Your purpose you should use "in need of moderator intervention" flag with detailed msg for the issue and site mods will see it. CM can see any site mod flags at any time and can work on them if they want ( I have seen CM handling graduated site flags too). If you use "contact us", then only CM can handdle it and iste mods will get no idea about them
