7:19 PM
@Riker Kitty so stretchy!

Catija broke the "lol" chain ;)

@Catija yes

He is cursed because of the Vikings blanket on the couch next to him ;)

Awwwselies!

lol

7:23 PM
Bennett stood up this weekend... all by himself.

I was actually surprised that Richard didn't photoshop the frigging Bengals onto that blanket in the other room ;)

@Catija :D nice!

I posted a video on instagram.

@steelersquirrel lol

@Catija WUUUUUUUT?!?!?! OMG!!!! HOW EXCITING!!!
That's like a huge deal!!!

7:26 PM
It is!!! And it's super early... apparently they don't usually do that until 9-10 months, if not later.

@steelersquirrel Apparently. ;-)

@NapoleonWilson Hey! You have to yell and scream at something so exciting!! What the hell is wrong with you? ;)

@Catija That's because he is obviously the smartest baby EVER! ;)

Anyone excited for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 coming out?

7:29 PM
@steelersquirrel It's a physical thing, though... it just means he's going to be a very active kid... maybe he'll grow up and play for the Steelers... assuming they get better about protecting people's heads... I'll make sure he's a quarterback :P
@M.A.R. BABY GROOT!!!!!

@Catija O.M.F.G.! Could that be any more adorable? AWWWWWWWWW!!!!! That is so cute how he is laughing the whole time!!!! OMG!!! Are you seeing this @AnkitSharma?!?!?!?!

@steelersquirrel He saw it on instagram. Look at the comments :P

@Catija YES!!!!! Future Steeler!!!!
Oh, I didn't look at the comments. I was too busy being in shock about how effing adorable that video was!! ;)

Hee hee. Fair enough.

@M.A.R. Well, now that Chris Pratt is my new boyfriend...YES!!!

7:34 PM
@steelersquirrel O.o

@M.A.R. Yes, me.

@M.A.R. I just saw Passengers I loved him in that movie!

haven't seen that yet
it's worth it then?

I just remember that the first Guardian movie had awesome music...I don't even remember what happened in it ;)

lol

7:36 PM
@Riker OMG! It's sooooo good!

I'm sure Chris Pratt does not only stand up but actually walk around and dance in it! \o/

Well, that's before he was my boyfriend. He was just added to the boyfriend list a few days ago ;)
He only has one strike against him with that stupid Jurassic World thing ;)

Hmpf! :'(

lol

7:44 PM
@steelersquirrel That was a fun movie.

Q: Thriller with female psychiatrist and male criminal who can escape handcuffs

MathInfernoI am looking for a movie or a television show (crime/drama/thriller) featuring a dark-haired female psychiatrist or psychologist who interviews or interrogates a male criminal. He has the ability to dislocate some aspect of his hands escape handcuffs. I only remember two scenes: one where the...

Blairbargle! Me gonna want watch that at some point.

@NapoleonWilson watch what?

@DForck42 Passengers.

@NapoleonWilson ahh, havent' seen it
wasn't particularly interested though tbh

7:56 PM
Hmm, me was. But not enough, apparently.

8:22 PM
Hmm, it seemed to me critics bashed the movie so Gravity-like only-spaceship movies won't overdo it
It wasn't that bad

8:35 PM
@M.A.R. I rarely follow critic's advice
i firmly believe most critics don't go into movies to actually ENJOY them, but rather to tear them apart
2

I don't follow critic advice. I consider it though
@DForck42 dissecting is sometimes useful
I didn't watch Ice Age 5 after I saw the reviews
Time saved so I could later waste it by chatting
You also should identify the critics you agree with the most
For future movies

@M.A.R. i stopped after... 4? what's the one with peter dinklage?

@DForck42 'xactly!

@DForck42 Yeah, four overdid it

yeah, ice age 4: continental drift

8:40 PM
I enjoyed three though

god did they run that franchise into the ground

Three was bashed because it was rigorous adventure, not a comedy
One was definitely the best though
Oh, Pirates of the Caribbean five is coming out later this year
This year summer is explosive
Transformers five too
With its stupid mischievous trailer
And finally, my two most anticipated movies: War of the Planet of the Apes, and Dunkirk.
3
There you go, badass slanted use–mention distinction

@Catija Yes! I was pleasantly surprised by that movie! The only thing that I wish is that they would have had kids or something and have their kids/grand kids waiting for the crew when they woke up. That would have been kinda cool!
@DForck42 I wasn't interested at all in seeing it because it was a sci-fi looking movie, but I really loved it!

@steelersquirrel Why don't you like sci-fi?

@DForck42 No. You're thinking of what Dizzle does when he watches a movie ;)

8:49 PM
Too unrealistic?

It's not that I hate sci-fi, it just doesn't really interest me. I like some sci-fi movies. The Alien movies, Terminator movies, Star Wars movies are okay. I grew up watching The last starfighter.
I just don't like sci-fi movies that get really confusing.
Like Interstellar.

Oh well, that's not to blame on the Sci-fi-ness
I don't like sci-fi when it gets so ridiculously unscientific that my mind shouts "I DUNNO MAN, IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE THIS CAN EVER HAPPEN REALLY"
But most of the times, it doesn't matter.

Q: Black-white movie about wannabe writer-spy

megabobikI search movie with plot: rich parent's son wanna be a writer(maybe poet), his parents against it, then he is mobilizied as intelligence agent. During work as agent he met girl that he liked. German assigned bounty for his head. Group of intelligence agents including him got task to steal a list...

It's just a medium to get some inspirational or emotional message across, and I just need to receive it
@MovieReel Rush Hour 2

@M.A.R. i stopped after 3
@M.A.R. hope it's better than #4

8:58 PM
@DForck42 Really really messy

Bummer, right before Marky Mark joined the bunch.

Expression of a headache after the movie
I didn't have that headache after four, though

@steelersquirrel lol

Maybe got used to 100 pieces of irrelevant pieces of pieces of things floating around simultaneously
@NapoleonWilson He was much better than LeBeouf

@M.A.R. and the story was just... meh

9:01 PM
Has anyone here watched Batman: Under the Red Hood?
It was such a damn good movie

@M.A.R. Well, I'm one of the few people who find Shia LeBeouf(?) a likable guy (or at least the early Shia LeBeouf, before his crazy antics).
Distrubia was cool, and he was really nice in the Transformers films and Indiana Jones 4.

@NapoleonWilson i honestly dont' find his antics that crazy tbh

@DForck42 Well, I don't really care too much at all. Some of it is hilarious, some is just stupid.

@DForck42 Yeah...The Transformers sequels were frigging ridiculous, especially the Mark Wahlberg one.

The motivation speech YouTube thing was quite fun, I admit.

9:03 PM
Shia LeBeouf is bat-shit crazy along with Will Smith's kid ;)
@M.A.R. Is Batman a mechanic in it? ;)

Well, I take it no one has watched it

Disturbia was frigging awesome!!!

@M.A.R. Isn't that one of these animated things?

You don't know what you're missing

@M.A.R. No. Sorry :(

9:04 PM
@NapoleonWilson Yeah, and it was dark and gloomy. And awesome. And gloomy

@M.A.R. I'm sure Ankit Sharma has, he's quite into those animated DC things. I think he even recommended it to me.

You'd have a The Dark Knight feeling after finishing it

Are you sure it's not Batman in the Hood? Like...where Batman is a gansta? :P
Man, I crack myself up!

@steelersquirrel Well, it's actually Jason turning on Batman in a red hood

Q: UK Children's TV Presenter

ColiboyTrying to remember the name of a programme shown on children's TV in the 1960s, possibly into the 70s. Aired between 4 pm and 6 pm and had a male presenter sitting talking to camera. Featured a large owl named Booboo or Bobo on a perch next to him. Also trying to remember what the programme was a...

9:06 PM
@M.A.R. OMG! Seriously? I would totally watch that!

A new vigilante who doesn't have Batman's conscience
And kills the bad guys
I'm telling you -- It's freakin' awesome
And guess what: Jason, AKA red hood, is Jensen Ackles

here's one thing i just don't understand: in arrow, oliver gets s*** all the time for killing guys, and yet when diggle kills people, no one bats an eye

Gheez, I haven't seen Interstellar in German for quite some time.
Person of Interest must certainly be the individual work with the most questions in my favourite list.

@M.A.R. Yeah...Batman definitely needs to start killing more people ;)
@DForck42 I never listen to critics. I seriously wanted to kill myself after watching 30 minutes of Les Miserables ;)

9:21 PM
@steelersquirrel He has...and people don't like it. ;-)
(Or let's say don't understand it.)

@steelersquirrel Hmm, I forgot the details, but I remember I wondered how long he can keep not killing . . . It gets a fuzzy line between killing being right and it being wrong. Heck, what if killing some people is the right thing to do?

@steelersquirrel lol
all my friends tell me it's good through

Well, it shouldn't be too hard. Kill bad guys. Easy. Problem solved ;)

It is, it's really good.

If a man has killed fifty people, and is going to kill at least ten more people, and there's no one to stop him, and the only way to stop him is killing him before he kills that many people, should you kill him?

9:23 PM
What I don't get is why people hate Russell Crowe singing, he was awesome!

@DForck42 Oh my. Don't listen to them...or Napoleon ;)

lol

@NapoleonWilson Yeah that one I don't get either.

@M.A.R. the real question is WTF are the cops doing???

@DForck42 . . . killing people?
Chasing Batman.
Ignoring the killer
Do you wanna catch the son of the B that killed Harvey Dent?

9:25 PM
what I'm really getting at is that it's difficult to apply morals for a fictional character and their world and apply them to the real world, and vice versa

What are we here for, then?

@M.A.R. shrugs pizza?

We can try to see what happens when Guardian Shield starts killing his perpetrators.

@DForck42 WHAT? YOU GET TO EAT PIZZA?
Where's my pizza?

@M.A.R. in my fridge, come get it

9:26 PM
Boo cold pizza no delicious

@M.A.R. that's categorically untrue

@NapoleonWilson His perpetrators will die?
@DForck42 Still boo

Sure, but how will our society react?

@NapoleonWilson By calling Guardian Shield a terrorist? Maybe

Parobubbly. But then again, people don't feel the need for him right now.

9:30 PM
in the real world, a masked vigilante would probably be labeled a serial killer if they killed criminals

Maybe if Portland was as much of a corrupt hell-hole as Gotham and Guardian Shield as effective as the Batman. That might make the decision more difficult.

and any criminals caught by them would immediately be set free because none of the law was followed in their capture
the only exceptions MAYBE for those with outstanding warrents

Parobubbaly, too.
Oh wait, it's not even Portland, it's Canby. Yeah, that makes things a little different. I've seen it and wondered my self when someone would finally clean up that criminal mess, that city is the madness.
I would totally stand behind Guardian Shield killing some of those donogooders!

@NapoleonWilson OMG! Guardian Shield would totally open a can of whoop ass on any perpetrator! ;)

That American Gods thing seems interesting. Apparently it's on Amazon Prime.

9:36 PM
@NapoleonWilson Well, not me

@M.A.R. You are obviously unaware of Guardian Shield's crime fighting abilities ;)

There's a reason an authority should be the ultimate punisher
The fact that you can punch the authority being Guardian Shield means he's no authority

@M.A.R. You haven't been to Canby yet. There's about 5 drug-dealing and murdering gang-members for each "normal" citizen.

@NapoleonWilson with a starz subscription...

9:37 PM
He even has 2 sidekicks now!

@steelersquirrel What are they called.

Guardian Shield even has a gofundme account. Hehehe!
@NapoleonWilson Jericho and Sanctuary.
ROFL

@NapoleonWilson 1. That's obviously an exaggeration. 2. If he starts performing the capital punishment, some innocent less guilty poor devil will end up caught

@DForck42 No, just the normal Amazon Prime membership I already have, it seems.

@NapoleonWilson heh, ok

9:39 PM
Some low time smuggler, or burglar that doesn't deserve it will get the punishment

@M.A.R. Um, just to make sure, about everything I said is an obvious exaggeration. Canby is like to normalest of normal smalltowns in the Pacific Northwest. ;-)
@steelersquirrel Oh, right.

@NapoleonWilson Well, I'm denser than usual at 2 a.m.
In my L3. o.o

The only thing that Canby has is squirrels running rampant everywhere! It's mass hysteria!

@steelersquirrel Oh, then I do favor capital punishment!

@M.A.R. Hehe! Well, squirrels obviously do not get a fair trial around here!

9:41 PM
Awesome, apparently shortly after the US release of each episode. They already have the 1st one, fully dubbed, when did the US get that?
I'm totally going to watch that.
Heh, apparently 1 day after US release. Amazon is boss. I'm glad we don't seem to have that Starz stuff here, otherwise I'm sure I would have to pay for it.

Napoleon even captured squirrels running rampant around here! He caught their crimes on video!

Yeah, and unbeknownst to them even! They should totally get put into jail for driving so fast and singing so off-tune to the radio!

Squirrels do not like being filmed unbeknownst to them ;-(

You don't say. ;-P

I bet you didn't know that I have pictures that you aren't even aware of... ;)

9:53 PM
Uhuh.
Made on your 1997 flip-phone, I suppose? ;-P

Hey, it's from 2002! God! ;)
I have a super awesome spy camera that I stuck in places that you don't even know. I'm all about that ;)

I see.

10:23 PM
Anyway, good nightsy night.

Q: How much does Homer owe Moe?

user00001In almost every episode, Homer can be found in Moe's Tavern drinking with Barney, Carl and Lenny. Yet we never see them paying for their drinks so presumably they put them on a tab. However, throughout the show, Moe references that the guys have never paid him for his drinks but doesn't say what ...

Q: Question about the full deleted hell scene in Event Horizon

bruce wayneDespite being a full grown adult, there are some films that I genuinely fear to watch, one of which was Event Horizon starring Laurence Fishburne and Sam Neill. I did watch the film as a young teenager, and the film still haunts me to this day. But there is a part of me that is also very curious....

Q: 2000's Low Budget Movie

KendiaI remember a movie I watched when I was in middle school about girl that lived in the ghetto. She was in a girl group and they were trying to become famous. I think the main character had a child. In the end the other girls in the group didn't make it but she did. It should've came out maybe 200...

Q: What is Brandon's sexual orientation in Shame?

BlueMoon93In Shame, Brandon is a sex addict. He scores prostitutes, random strangers, co-workers, etc. Eventually, he is denied entry in a club and then goes to (another?) club and hooks up with a man. Does this imply he is a repressed homosexual that uses women because he is ashamed of himself, or that ...

Q: What is the 'bad place' the protagonists come from in Shame?

BlueMoon93In Shame, Sissy tells Brandon We're not bad people. We just come from a bad place. I assumed that this bad place may have meant they were abused as children by their parents, which led to Brandon's sex addiction and overall behavior, and Sissy's not wanting to return home ever again. Is th...
