Definitely a Lifetime movie, may not have been an "original" Lifetime movie but I know for sure that's the channel it was on.
Live Action.
An American film and in English.
I watched it around 2010 or so but it had a '90s vibe to it.
I think the setting was a suburban small American town.
I...
An I'D question was recently posted with a vague, first hit on Google description, and self answered immediately with a copy paste Wikipedia answer without detailing or addressing anything in the question text. The only reason I can think of this being done is for abusing rep gain. The asker does...
I am trying to remember a movie from either the late 70's or early 80's. A young guy (18-25ish) gets a jacket/vest. Inside is hidden a lot of either money or drugs. Everyone is hunting him. There is female with a machine gun and a heavy-set guy with two long pistols (revolvers) he wears in dual s...
I remember a long time ago watching a small part of a show (movie or tv show I don't know). It's possibly from the 80's or 90's. In the scene I saw, some military people came across what looked like a small periscope (maybe a foot or two tall?) with a blue end embedded in the ground, spinning a...
In Suspiria, we see a male arm several times throughout the film. It smashes through a window and pins Pam's face against the glass, then is seen stabbing her.
Later, the same arm is seen stabbing Sara as she struggles helplessly in the barbed wire.
Does this male arm belong to an actual char...
I’m looking for the name of a US comedy movie of the “Gross-out” variety.
It was produced around the end of the 1990s and the basis was a couple of friends who invent their own version of a sport which then takes off in a big way.
The premise was that although they were good at one particular a...
what's the sci fi movie where a spaceship could only take so many people before the earth was set to blow up or become uninhabitable? And I believe there was a scene where people were trying to sneak on so they didn't have to die, and might have been a chaotic part where people were fighting each...
It could have been '2012' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1190080/ (towards the end) or perhaps 'Mutant Chronicles' http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0490181/? (somewhere in the middle) ref_=nm_flmg_act_76 there have been a few in this concept.
@steelersquirrel :) There are two options, Reject and Edit and Approve and Edit. If you select any one of these options, it will no longer be in queue.
While scrolling through some movie channels, I came to a channel that was showing the last part, maybe last 15 minutes of a horror/thriller movie. I cannot remember exactly how the movie goes, but i remembered it showed a young boy with the ability to move objects around the house. I only remembe...
There have been ID questions in HNQ since last few days. That, of course, sent the wrong message. People are upvoting and answering low-quality IDs in hope to get more rep.
@steelersquirrel Yeah. But finding credible sources is difficult on questions asked there. That's where new users fail and complain. I get my rep from answers rather than questions. :)
@SreeCharan Also...try going through the old unanswered questions. That's what I did to get my rep up. It's good to find answers for them and you also get awarded a bounty for old questions that are answered if you meet the criteria that is posted on meta :)
Or...you can be like me and turn into a twitter stalker ;)
Nurse Ratchet in One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest plays some kind of classical music, Maybe opera. I just want to know if anyone knows the name of the music.
Kat's exact quote in the film was in response to a fellow classmate calling Hemingway a romantic:
Romantic? Hemingway? He was an abusive, alcoholic misogynist who
squandered half his life...hanging around Picasso trying to nail his
leftovers.
Let's break down Kat's accusations of Heming...
This is one of my highest voted answers here.
Do you consider that good rep for an answer or would you want more for an answer?
anyways i can understand the image link being flagged (though i didn't act on it, i see the humor in it but i also see how some people would get offended) the previous post should not have been flagged in my oppinion
@QPaysTaxes but from a single post you generally can't see that context and some might see it as just a way to get around it being removed if they do know the context
Well, I certainly didn't come here to waste time discussing a flag. AJ objected at the flag being issued, and I just explained it's sexist and it will get flagged. The right course of action really doesn't matter here @Passerby @QPaysTaxes, because there are only two possible outcomes. Disengaging is the best idea here. If felt appropriate, any of the present mods can remove the message.

@Passerby that was a joke for god sake, I am not sexist, I believe in equality on bases of colour, gender, sexuality and other expect you can ever think of
@AnkitSharma Chat flags don't work well occasionally, because of 1. lack of context 2. non-English messages 3. Room cultures that think they're above site culture. They often do work, and that's not an excuse to just dismiss an inappropriate message. I get it that you don't want to suspend the guy, so just don't. Remove the message and everyone will be happy.

That is the only course of action here that won't lead to further drama.
@Passerby i understand the joke was, like the others, providing an alternate incorrect yet accurate answer to an exam paper. but yeh the answer itself was in poor tastes so i find the humor in the stupid old world thinking
I'm not siding with anyone: There are a million intentions the flagger might have had, and it most probably is an honest mistake on the flaggee's part.
There are also an awful lot of bad chat flags just because someone felt like flagging. Still no excuse to dismiss a valid flag.
@Passerby well because we don't know the flagger it could have been shenanigans anyway. like a couple of years ago during the StackEgg game one of the chat rooms (i think it was CodeGolf or CodeReview) was talking about now Anime and Manga was using bots to sabotage their Egg and someone was flagging almost every post the made which them makes all 10k users see it
@M.A.R. I have removed few message in past from the room which were bit out of hand and even made the user understand there fault. That is what my kind of dealing with issue
@AnkitSharma I agree that political correctness might be a slippery slope, and people might be even barred from having everyday conversations just because they might say something inappropriate, but the alternative is your room becomes Mos Eisley of a year ago.
