Q: Unable to Start Azure VM

GagsI create an Azure VM with Windows Server 2019 and it was running fine. I stopped the VM yesterday. I tried to start the VM today but it failed to start. It gives the following error in notifications in Azure Portal: Failed to restart virtual machine Failed to restart the virtual machine 'ContestW...
