Wow, this is the first time in over 25 years of IT experience that I've actually seen a usuable SMART warning message.
> Event Message: Predictive failure reported for Disk 0 in Backplane 1 of Integrated RAID Controller 1.
Date/Time: Sun, 31 Jan 2021 15:48:05 -0600
Severity: Warning

Detailed Description: The physical disk is predicted to fail. Many physical disks contain Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (SMART). When enabled, SMART monitors the disk health based on indications such as the number of write operations that were performed on the disk.
Recommended Action: Replace the physical disk. Even though the disk may not have failed yet, it is strongly recommended that the disk be replace
Every disk made since about 1998 or so supports SMART reporting yet most O/S's aren't equipped to display messages like this. Granted, this is not the O/S either (its Dell's iDRAC) but it's amazing to see anyway.
