Lack of voters stems from lack of community - I think what we need is more community. The semantics of *scratch* here and in an actual emacs process are completely different, and I think users are finding it confusing.

But my question is, does emacs.stackexchange.com have a basic list of questions for good problem reports? My impression is that the average question is pretty thin...
