I have already tried trickle and wondershaper. I need a program that can limit the speed of download/upload of an already running program. Similar to the how NetLimiter in Windows limits already running processes. I am using Linux.

What would you do with this question guys? It's rather unclear, I guess OP wants to have separate wallpapers for each screen. Here's separate wallpapers question for Windows 7, also applicable for XP afaik. Should we close as duplicate, close as unclear, delete it altogether?

@damryfbfnetsi If you want some retagging suggestions, try desktop-customization lock-screen login-screen. I've been working on it all day, for most questions [desktop-customization] is fine.
