I have already tried trickle and wondershaper. I need a program that can limit the speed of download/upload of an already running program. Similar to the how NetLimiter in Windows limits already running processes. I am using Linux.

What would you do with this question guys? It's rather unclear, I guess OP wants to have separate wallpapers for each screen. Here's separate wallpapers question for Windows 7, also applicable for XP afaik. Should we close as duplicate, close as unclear, delete it altogether?

Tagged with file, but in fact he figured out he was running tar wrong, and never explained exactly what he was doing. So it's a pretty useless question.
