Can I suggest we have a Community-Wiki'd Answer on the Logistics question with the cleaned tags, similar to how we've handled it on the Manufacturer Tags Meta? It'd help give a sense of progress for the weekend :)

And I was hoping to handle 'realtime' stuff here

SO can just say "I'm starting on the frobulator tag" or "I'm taking a break" or "The froblator tag is clear" here

That'll also gimme an idea who's active

and I agree, realtime stuff can be handled here

but I'm thinking more in terms of a sort of 'milestones' or progress bar

I've set the tag cleanup weekend to be a whole weekend as opposed to one day. I figure I won't accidentally set it for 3 days, and one of the other mods is free on sunday
