Q: Tag for not-so realistic worlds

Pavel JanicekParody is big part of writing and the parodies itself take place in a worlds. While we have science-based and even hard-science, I am missing some tag which would tell everyone, that I am not searching for really realistic solutions, but for plausible, or even funny ones. I am proposing tag paro...

@Green Hi there.

4:59 PM
Hey HDE! I'm going hiking then flying. I'll be back online (and max repping) tomorrow :)

5:11 PM
@Green Oooh, nice!

Hi, all.
A quick note: I've noticed that we have a lot of questions about antimatter, so I'm creating the tag. This will involve quite a few edits, so I apologize for messing up the front page. I'll try to bump some more questions afterward.
It is Saturday, so there shouldn't be too much interruption.
Okay, I think I'm done with that. Thanks!

@HDE226868 The hike started out nicely, flat-ish trails, warm and overcast. Then it turned into high winds and rain. My girlfriend and I saw a very large branch break off then crash into the ground.
I think it wended well but she didn't like it.

either way.
It would have been better with proper footwear and planning...but oh well. We aren't going to miss our flight.

@Green I'm glad it went sort of well.

I'd go back to that area again. So pretty!
How's your Saturday going?

It's been okay. I worked on college essays this afternoon.
XC practice this morning was great, though.
We had an easy workout (at least, easy for a hard day).
Our main workout was three miles, then four hill repeats, then three miles back.
We finished up with a treat from Coach - Ultimate Frisbee, to cap off a tough week. Tomorrow we get a day off.

Sweet! I did swim team growing up and I loved those play days after weeks of hard practice.

Last Saturday was brutal - two miles, then a number of 1.5-mile hill repeats (varied per person), then two miles back.
@Green I'm a horrible swimmer.

I'm not great either but I try to be as smooth as possible in the water. My girlfriend is better than I.
What's a "hill repeat"?

You run up a hill, then down it. That's what we did today: Sprint up a 100 meter (steep-ish) hill, then jog back down. Then repeat.
Last Saturday was funky, though.
Five-part 1.5-hills, and long. Times five, for me.
Hill repeats are most runners' nightmares. We do them enough that they're fine.
It gives some variety to training.
Do/did you find swimming repetitive, or is there some variety to it?

I'm not in shape enough to care to swim the same stroke for an hour, nor am I disciplined enough to do so. I change up strokes all the time. That said, I only go swimming when my girlfriend does.

Ah, right, I forgot that there's more than one way to swim.

10:37 PM
