My initial impression is that it's too opinion-based, because the kind of computer which could actually simulate our reality is so far beyond our current understanding that we'd have to speculate about its nature.
 
Its been both closed and reopened by the community.

@BESW There was a science fiction series in which our universe WAS a simulation. Jack Chalker, Well of Souls.
Though not all of it, there was an older part that wasn't simulated and contained a planet sized computer that ran the simulation.
