Well someone took a look at the tiles, and he will call his 'tile guy' and ask and I will probably hear something next week or so. I finally got a hold of the heat pump people as well and someone will be around tomorrow. And I should also hear from the front door people this week.
Having a house is a looooot of work, and ugh, all this stuff happens during office hours so I'm also going to have to outside of office hours this week :(
