Whichever is closest, transferring in Leiden isn't a big deal because I'm pretty familiar with the station, so

Zuid will be closer to the two of us

If I take the train that gets there at 14:18, I can skip transferring even

btw Delft-A'dam Zuid is €10.30, Delf-A'dam Centraal is €11.50

(if you're leaving from Delft Zuid your prices will be different but not much I imagine)

I take the bus/tram to Delft Centraal and go from there

Apparently Amsterdam Zuid is closest to where they will be so that is where I am heading

If @ArdaXi can't come in the afternoon, I suggest we hook up at Zuid, move ourselves somewhere close to the restaurant and either go play some pool or have a drink somewhere

well the restaurant isn't close to Zuid, though you can easily get there by tram

I might be able to get to Amsterdam around 6-ish

We should be there already. If anything should go wrong: from the stairs, head towards the large exit. You should walk past a couple of shops, Burger King being the last. You'll be in a square with some kind of parking facilities, an AJ, one of the WTC buildings, etc. Walk all the way through - you'll find stairs to street level on the right end. Climb them and you'll find the tram station towards the center of the city on your side of the road

The proportions are all completely off... I guess that's just how mind and spaces works. Square: uninteresting area to be walked through - super small. Street: area to navigate carefully - super large. There are actually two stairs from the train: who cares!
